We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience, including all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Debit Cards, Net Banking from all major banks, and UPI (including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and others).
Absolutely. Your security is our top priority. All transactions are processed through a secure and encrypted connection via our trusted payment gateway partner. We do not store any of your sensitive card or bank details on our servers.
If a payment fails, please try the following steps:
1. Double-check that you've entered all card/account details correctly.
2. Try an alternative payment method.
3. Ensure your internet connection is stable.
If your money was debited but the transaction failed, it will be automatically refunded to your account by your bank within 5-7 working days. If you continue to face issues, please contact our support team.
Course activation is usually instant after a successful payment. However, in rare cases, it might take up to 15-20 minutes. Please try logging out and logging back into your Mock360 account. If the course is still not active after 30 minutes, please contact us at support@mock360.in with your registered email and payment transaction ID.
A payment confirmation email along with the invoice is sent to your registered email address immediately after a successful transaction. You can also find a record of all your past payments and download invoices from the 'My Purchases' or 'Order History' section in your account dashboard.
Yes, all prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes, including GST. There are no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
